2. We will use a training approach when delivering our designed courses to train the company talent in coaching knowledge, skills, abilities and attitude.
3. We will not use a mentoring, consulting or training approach while working with leaders receiving coaching. Coaching is a one on one facilitated process that empowers leaders to create their own results based on their unique developmental agendas, facilitating learning in a very personal level.
